He is suffering from fever & diahorria since yesterday, I gave him nimotas with antibiotic but it did not work.

There can be two reasons. One is that infection is taking time in coming under control and you need to continue antibiotic. You may adk Dr. to add anti diarrhoea medicine and lactobacillus which will help in controlling diarrhoes. Also keep giving ors solution to prevent dehydration. This is most crucial in diarrhoes. Second possibility is this is some other kind infection that could be amoebiasis etc. Your Dr. will review and change medicine if needed. Remember ors is most important thing. Best wishes.
