Last month lmp is may 8th dis month ma period is delayed nd I consulted a doctor I did urine test its negative nd he suggested primolut n for 5 days nd I completed course nw todayevng I feel like bleeding bt for few minutes dts it is it periods or! wt I am very tensed.

Hello. There are many causes of delayed periods like stress, anxiety, thyroid dysfunction, increased prolactin level, obesity, medications and pcos. Apart from pregnancy other causes should also be ruled out. Anyways when you use progesterone tablets (primolut n) for withdrawal bleeding, you need to wait for periods following completion of the medications. In majority of cases periods occur within 2 to 3 days following last dose of primolut n but it may take upto 2 weeks.
