I had cough last year in march/april. I got treated and given two type of medications: inhaling formoterol fumarate budesonide 400 capsules and simple white capsules with water, I took all water capsules regularly gor a month, but missed almost all inhaling capsules. I do not have cough now but sometimes at nights I feel shortness of breath and not able to sleep. Toughness in chest, these symptoms were similar to last year asthma month period. Should I take those inhaling capsules at night sometimes?

You are suffering from obstructive airway disease, most probably bronchial asthma. You have to be done spirometry, chest x-ray and blood investigations in consultation with chest physician. Then you will need inhalers along with oral medications. You need to be regular in treatment.
