Is it ok that I am eating rice, dal and roti sabzi. Daily food. Only one time eating rice and dal. Sometime I am eating boil eggs. Which food I need to added for good stamina and being stronger born.

You need to add proper balance diet along with exercise because if you don't give balance diet at the particular interval to body then definitely low stamina, add proper water intake, if you're working out then include per and post workout meals. For details contact on Lybrate chat.
