1. To lose weight/belly fat make healthy food choices and add more exercise/activity.
2. Add 2-3 fruits per day taken 30 mins before meals. 3. eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal.
4. Cut down sweets/biscuits/colas / fruit juice from your diet
. 5. Completely eliminate puris/parathas/pizzas/burgers/fried rice
6. Exercise daily - 'intense' cardio exercises for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.
