Hi lybrate-user you are already in protection of antibiotics and pain killers. Just complete the course. Bleeding is common post pregnancy for 2 weeks. If you do not soak more than 3 complete pads per day, intimate your doctor. Otherwise try not sitting by folding your legs.

Hello.. Some amount of lochial discharge or bleeding may be there initially but if heavy ( requiring more than 4 to 5 pads ) do consult a doctor.. For your episiotomy wound you can use , Tbact ointment , to be applied twice daily for 5 days.
