Hi its been over a month now since I have been suing tretinoin 0.25 % comedolytic ointment for my t-zone acne. Iit takes time for the acne to go and has left marks of the acne. I still see new acne coming up on my forehead. For the first time I got acne on my left cheek and nose as well. The acne I get it mostly cystic these days n they leave marks on my skin. Sometimes I feel after applying also, due to the moisture content I get more acne. Kindly recommend me something.
