Hello Dr. I got a pain in my left hand second finger second joint from nail due to hitting a hard branch while gardening. Got to hospital for xray, no fracture but the Dr. said nerve affected. He gave me cachenerve for 14 days and extraparacetamol and zeforapid. The pain is still same. I can't lift a mug or a plate when it touches the joint. Please advise what treatment to follow. Thanks.

Your finger pain can be due to various reasons our suggestion would be to do warm water bath to relieve from pain. If the pain doesn't subside please do ice therapy to reduce the inflammation from the finger.
