I'm a 21 year old female. My height is 4'10" and weight is 57 kgs, which is too much for my short frame. My goal is to be 46 kgs. Please suggest me how to loose weight effectively with less effort, as i'm a cs student and I don't have much time for gym. Can changes in diet make a significant difference? I wish for weight loss as well as fat loss. My areas of fat accumulation are - hands, hips, thighs and tummy.

For an effective weight loss and a fat loss program with minimal physical activity, you need to 1st make basic changes in your diet- eat food every 3 hours, eat small meals at regular intervals, make sure to include a carb as well as protein at most meals. Drink at least 3 liters of water/ day, sleep should be at least 6-7 hours/ day. Good luck.
