Exercise is the cheapest medicine to control diabetes, do at least 30-40 mins walk. Take the suggested medicine for few days and go for a follow up to your doc. Avoid white carbs and simple sugars. Include multi grain roti, lots of salad, less oily food. The reason for your weight loss is your elevated sugar levels.
