I had torn meniscus medial right knee and did surgery arthroscopy my knee on 11 mar-2019, after that, I suffered swelling and pain in the knee I communicated the issues with drs and given some anti-inflammatory medicines & advised ice pack as well but didn't get the result so I did mri and as per the mri video the meniscus which portion was removed is unstable. Can you advise me about this instability of meniscus? How possible to medication or another surgery? Is it dangerous?

No need to do surgery again if its not infected, check out the blood values on esr and crp and hga1c (if you r type 2 diabetes melltus ), go for strengthening exercises for knee also hip and ankle, if the range of motion is good try static cycling otherwise walk in under water (in swimming pool 4 ft - walk straight, side ways and reverse under caution (if you have open wounds and fear of pool don't go) check the muscle power and range of movement to a nearby physio followed with balance training and functional rehabilitation.
