I am diabetic patient since 2013. My fasting at this year are as follows 25/1/019=267 2/2/19=291,14/2/19=239,5/3/16=268,26/3/16=173,7/4/16=280. And my medicine are 1/ zoryl m2 forte, 2/teniva 20,3/telma40, and 4/gluconorm sr 1g. Recently I consult a doctor she advice me to take insulin (lanius) but I do not want to use insulin please give me some another way to control my sugar.

Thank you for your query. Yes for sure your blood sugar can be under control without insulin. We need to change the medications a bit for that.
