I am suffering from throat pain and tongue pain if swallow anything it hurt too much I am not able to eat and having fever also tell me plzz what to do doctor given me xt para 1000 mg and told me I have infection nothing more but also recommended me vaxigrip vaccine use for influenza I am little stressed plzz help me plzz advice me what to eat I am not able to swallow any thing.

If there is severe pain and you cannot eat anything it could be a pharyngitis or tonsillitis. Best to eat soft semi solid bland food. Visit an ent near you.
