I got car accident some days before no any blood injury I take mri scan for whole spine result are given below 1. Mild anterior compression to fracture with marrow edema of c7 d1 d2 d3 and d4 vertebral bodies elicited .anterior compression fracture of l3 vertebral body also with marrow edema. No significant retrolishthesis or spinal canal narrowing seen 2. Posterior disc osteophyte complex at c3 c4 c4 c5 and c5 c6 levels. Causing thecal sac indentations and narrowing of spinal canal with subtle impingement over the anterior cord surface. 3. Annual bulge with left lateral protrusion of l4-l5 disc, causing thecal sac indentations and narrowing of left neural foramina with impingement over the left side traversing and exiting nerve roots 4.cord show normal signal intensity. No evidence of cord contusion or edema pls give the best suggestions.
