I am 30 years female. I have pain in my lower back since yesterday. 6 months before also I had same pain ortho doc gave signoflam and rekool tablets and a spray. I got relieved from pain. Again from yesterday similar pain started but presently i?m in dubai and I don?t know which tablet to take which is similar to signoflam. Kindly help me with medicine.
