Morning mam / sir i'm pregnant 40-45 days. So I use abortion pills" mifegest kit"(1 tab use after 24 hour 2 tab. & 12 hour 2 tab. Dosage used) but no bleeding (clauts) only water release. Presently 15 hours but no bleeding clauts so please advice. Sir & used tab already 4 times.

Wait for 3 days ,if bleeding does not start then get an ultrasound done to see whether abortion has occurred or not . If it's a failed or incomplete medical abortion then you will have to go for surgical abortion
