Hi im 28 years old. I chewing tobacco, smoke cigarette daily one. And drink alcohol every weekend. I want to be addiction free. Currently on my neck small pimples appear. And some wounds on lips. I am scared. Because i'm addicted of tobacco and cigarette last 6-7 years. I do not know primary symptoms of cancer. I'm scared when I suffer from any wounds near mouth. I try to leave tobacco using necotex. But didn't help. I need proper consulting and guidance for avoiding tobacco and cigarette. I lives in pune. Please refer me any good doctor who help me.
