Hello, I have been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis last year and I also have diabetes from the last 10 years. Now recently through tests, I got to know that I have acute pyelonephritis. Our doctor has given us antibiotics for 4 days and asked us to do the kft again. I just get the kft reports now and I am attaching it here. Please have a look at this. And help me with what should I do next. However, my diabetes is in control now my fasting glucose ranges between 80- 100 and random glucose level ranges between 140- 150. Kft -- urea - 94.90 mg/dl creatinine- 1.09 mg/dl uric acid - 5.40 mg/dl calcium total - 8.14 mg/dl phosphorus - 5.23 mg/dl alp - 178 u/l total protein - 6.70 g/dl albumin - 2.57 g/dl a: g ratio - 0.62 sodium - 131.93 meq/l potassium - 6.12 meq/l chloride - 106.00 meq/l.
