I am 25-year-old male, I feel upper right quadrant pain for a long time like 9 year ago, Now when I workout I feel discomfort. There is no swelling.

Hello lybrate-user, it's been 9 years so you need to look it attentively with some observation. There are many cause of this discomfort like constipation, gastric trouble, muscle strain, overeating,some food allergy or any other digestion related problem. In general - 1.you can avoid some food like milk, pulses,eggs, fast food, nonveg.liquor or smoking (if), for certain time of period with some observation ,because may be you have some sensitivity with these food. 2.do cold fomentation twice a day empty stomach 5-15 minute for 7 days. 3.do not do heavy exercises for 7 days. 4.avoid out side food. 5.drink one glass of hot water with pinch of turmeric.
