Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. She is on multiple drugs for controlling blood glucose, but still her glucose levels and hba1c% are quite high. This suggests there is a need to give a closure look at her overall treatment, which includes the drugs being taken, dietary pattern, weight and height, extent of daily exercise. By just continuing the present medication, control is unlikely to happen on its own. So please consult the doctor treating her. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closure to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.8%. In case you are looking for online help, then please come through the private conversation giving all the above mentioned details, plus bp readings, serum creatinine, and lipid profile. Thanks.
