I am mother of 18 months old kid. I have lost lot of weight after pregnancy. My face has lost all the glow. I have become extremely thin. I eat properly and follow healthy diet. I have good appetite. Please help how to have good body weight.

Hello lybrate-user! include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels. Protein rich foods will help you gain muscle mass. Have 5 pieces of any dry fruit once a day daily. Thank you.
