HI, I'm married since two years. Though i'm married I have habit of excessive masturbation. My right side testicle some time pains. Also I think my sperms are not thick because of which i'm not comfortable to take chance of baby. Earlier my sperms were thick but nowadays it's not thick. I want to try for baby but scared if baby will have effect of my thin sperms. also don't last in bed more than 40 seconds. Help needed.

It seems that you are suffering with premature ejaculation along with masturbation addiction. Open up with your wife stay with her more during your desires. If you are doing unprotected romance with desire of baby from past two years and are unable to make your wife pregnant than we need to have few tests to guide you. Taking 1/4th teaspoon of nutmeg powder at bed time with milk will help. Take proper sleep and avoid stress. It will improve your time for romance in bed along with improving sperm quality.
