I am a 21 year old female with rosacea and acne. I have had it for like 7 years. I was on isotretinoin for like a year recently and my face got all clear but when I stopped taking it, all the acne came back. This was done by consultation with a dermatologist. Should I start isotretinoin again? Also my dad had acne for like 10 years. Could it be hereditary?
