40 years old person c/o mild back pain. Mri ls spine s/o disc degenerative disease. L4-l5:- left subarticular disc protrusion causing thecal sac indentation, left lateral recess stenosis, left neural foramen narrowing and compression of the traversing left l5 nerve root. No facet arthropathy. Other spine level normal. Kindly suggest management options pls.
