23 years guy and suffering from uti cystitis for more than year. As suggested by 1 doctor, I took antibiotics nitroblast 100 mg tablet for 1 week no help. Then another doctor suggested leon 500 mg, urimax for some days t.norflox, urispas for some days but no improvement. But I felt better with nitroblast which reduced amount of dribbling urine. Could anyone pls suggest how to get rid from this cystitis infection pls help. Is this infection very serious? Will it affect kidney? Please help.

You have to do urine culture and take the antibiotic found most suitable for your infection. You need to drink lot of water and take potassium chloride in water for alkalinization of urine.
