I am suffering from depression/anxiety and schizophrenia. For depression/anxiety, I am put on nexito 20 mg 1-0-0 and for schizophrenia I am put on amisant 200 mg 0-0-1 and sizopin 50 mg 0-0-1. There is lot of relief from these drugs. Of late, I am put on rivotril 0.5 mg 0-1-0 and alprazolam 0.25 mg 1-1-1 as a tranquilizer cum anti-anxiety drug. My query is just a confirmation cum second opinion only. My query is :- can alprazolam and rivotril be taken together as both of them belong to a same class of medicine viz benzodiazepine? Please confirm.
