I was 4 month's ago deficiency of vitamin b12 and d3, after taking medicine's.d3 goes 31 it's ok but b12goes on 1760 excess than normal. Is b12 excess is harmful. Please tell me what I can do? Thank you.

Usually, once you take a few tablets of B12, the level that is measured goes up. But that does not reflect the true level in the cells. You should still continue to take it off and on. Also as Vit B12 is water soluble and any excess gets excreted with urine, it is not possible to have any toxic effects. Vitamin D on the other hand is a fat soluble vitamin and too much of Vitamin D can be toxic.
