I have a back pain since last 2 years but before 15 days I was attacked in low back with very higher pain and the pain spread in all my torso within 30 minutes. My doctor primarily used dolonex injection. And pain was gone. He advised me ct scan and ct scan report shows as follows: loss of lumber lordosis. Few marginal osteophytes seen in lumber vertebrae. Vertebra normal in height, alignment & bone density. No fractures or dislocations are seen. Posterior elements are normal. Disc space are normal. The soft tissues are unremarkable. Impression: early lumber spondylosis. But I think this is not only early lumber spondylosis but also osteoarthritis because I have psoriasis since last 18 years. What may be your suggestion.
