Sir, I go to office daily .rarely do any exercise .from last one year my non veg intake increased and I am 81 kg may b overweight. Recently I check my blood sugar it comes fasting 115 n after food 200. Me n wife are actually planning for our first baby from this month. What will I do .does it affect my baby? Though I am planning to do exercise regularly and change my diet .still confused how to reduce sugar level .recent days my sweet intake was high. My father is a type 2 diabetes patient.
