Your blood sugar level is maintained. Normally then it is ok try romaintain it at a level of fasting bellow 90mgm. And pp 130 140 mgm. As per your ht and wt it perfect dont allow it go more. Do little bit of freee hand exercise and if you could do littlle morning walk regularlr irs better. Eat leafy vegetables and fibrous food. Less once in a while red meat if you are a vegetarian no poblem. And have regular blood sugar check up.
