I suffer from anxiety disorder. I think it's hereditary as my mother is also taking pills for the same. I initially had breathing difficulty which nobody could diagnose properly. Later, after all physical tests were done, we concluded it was a psychological problem. My psychiatrist suggested lonazep and feliz for 20 days. After the education stopped, I still used to get back the anxiety. I visited a nearby psychiatrist and he suggested me to take nexito. Now it's been 2 months since I am taking this. I have noticed since the past month that my hands have become shaky and I constantly keep shaking my legs while sitting unconsciously. I do get negative thoughts too. I want to get rid of all of this. How can I strengthen my psychology and get control of my nervous system? Amy exercises? Please suggest something. I want to free myself of all tablets.
