Father 82 year old fell down on left leg on 28 jan 2019. X ray report both hip joint hip/lat view (portable)- fracture of interochanterib region of left femur ,mild soft tissue swelling, join spaces are normal. X ray chest ap view portable: both the lung field appear clear. Both cp recess appear normal. Cardiac size cannot be commented upon. Both done of diaphragm appear unremarkable. Thoracic cave revel no abnormality. Impression: no significant abnormality detected. Blood count: haemoglobin - 8.2 total wbc - 13100 platelet -62000 differential count neutrophil 80% eosinophil 09% lymphocyte 10% monocyte 01% basophil 00 parasites abnormality of white cell: as above abnormality of red cells: microcytic, hypochromic malarial parasite: xxx platelet on smear: inadequate report on bio- chemistry s urea: 60 bun: 28 s creatinine 2.69 random blood sugar 73 sodium 125.7 potassium 5.13 chlorides 92.1 year 1999 suffer from neck cancer with radiation and chemotherapy not operated and same cured. After that no illness doctor suggested for operated or complete bed rest for two month. Dr. I a per age I want to go for operation please suggest. Thanks sujit.
