Hi, metronidazole has known side effects of nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite. Loose motion can be due to antibiotics .avoid outside food and water, she can have well cooked home food, semisolid to start with and accordingly shifted to normal diet. There is a increased risk of wound infection in diabetic patient.
