Hi, I am hypothyroid since 16 years. After pregnancy there has been multiple dosage adjustment for me. When I was on 100 mcg levothyroxine for 6 months, I got tsh number to 0.28 with t4 and free t3 on normal levels. Then doctor reduced my dosage to 75 mcg levothyroxine and after 3 months tsh is 2.31, t4 is 1.2 but free t3 went low to 2.2. Doctor has asked to continue same dosage of 75 mcg levothyroxine. Am worries if my free t3 will get low or what. Is it ok to continue this dosage? Or should I switch back to 100 mcg levothyroxine. I never got low free t3 until this result. Also wanted to know if eltroxin brand is safe while breastfeeding?
