Add dates, dry fruits, milk and milk products in your daily food. Take 15 glass water per day. Add protein rich food in your daily diet like soyabean, paneer, chicken, rajma etc. Take 3 major and 3 minor meal. Avoid junk, street food and outside food. Add 1 fruits in your daily food. Consult dietician/ Nutritionist.
