I have small hiatal hernia and grade a esophagitis diagnosed 10 years back after eating I feel some urge to spasm in chest region if I belch I feel relived and before I get into bed I feel gas is trapped in lower intestines I feel uncomfortable. Some times I stand up or exercise I feel heart beating at rapid rate than normal. I feel anxious many times please suggest advice to improve quality of life.
