I'm having hormonal imbalance from the past two years and started gaining a lot of weight from past 1 year. I also get hungry a lot. I'm 16 and my weight is 44 kgs. Any suggestions for diet plan and body fat reducing exercises also I'm not getting tall and height increasing food suggestions?
