I have got severe body heat along with gas trouble this creates UTI problem and that leads to vaginitis. How can I control the body heat? What food to be taken? What can be avoided? Doctor said until I control body heat I cannot come out of UTI as well vaginitis.

Drink adequate water approx 3 to 4 litre per day. Avoid acidic & rich spicy food. Keep private parts clean by using vaginal wash.

It's due thyroid issue take proper treatment. Eating very�hot and spicy food�is a contributing factor that gives rise to heat. Avoid protein rich diet, meat, egg, masaledaar food, yoy can consume or dip feet in a bucket of cold�water to keep body�temperature under control. Drink coconut water. Vit c rich fruit, like pomegranate, orange, etc drink plenty of water exercise daily make sweat you and flush the body temperature.
