I am suffering from depression. I thought it will get better by time but I can't help it now. I don't know what should I do and there's no psychiatrist near my area.

Sometimes, if there is any difficulty in treating you, you doctor can contact a psychiatrist online or over phone. The government district hospital should have a psychiatrist. If there is none, you can demand one from the government. New mental health care act 2017 makes it your right to get treatment near your place.
