Hello, doctor, my father is a diabetic and had a mild heart stroke a few years ago can I know which cooking oil is suitable for his health like sunflower, peanut,olive. As I heard switching of different oils is good for health so does it good for his health or else fix any particular oil in use please give me a valuable suggestion.
