I am taking High blood pressure tablets since 1&1/2 month called Amlokind L.Doctor suggested to take tablet twice in a day. (Morning & night) for 3 months. Some of my friends told to take soaked fenugreek seeds in empty stomach for the cure of high BP. Can I take in empty stomach?
