My cholesterol parameters are. Total 180 HDL 47 LDL 117 triglycerides 82. Is it fine. I am a 26 years old with daily walk of 3.5 km 5 days a week. Any natural way to increase HDL and reduce LDL? Please answer a little bit in descriptive.
