I am currently taking one capsule Becozinc, one tablet Vitamin C and one tablet Folvite 5 mg all three after meals and Eltroxin 25 on empty stomach. I am having one kidney since 2014 and my thyroid report also showed normal TSH. I wish to modify my three vitamins and take Iberol and Arovit for the dry skin and cracks on my palms and feet. Can I add Iberol and Arovit both one tablet daily?

If you have one kidney avoid medicines even in the form of vitamins and supplements. If any medicine is required take it but only on advise of your doctor.
