If it is very critical, I would recommend that you seek professional help and then you could add Reiki asas an addendum to treatment. Reiki presumably uses universal energy to bring about healing as an alternative therapy. It works best with people who have faith, ideally. But for your condition I recommend that you not only go for medical intervention but also for counselling. In addition to this you may use Reiki.
