Kindly use a mouthwash for a month twice daily. If that doesn't work. Then kindly get cleaning and polishing done by dentist.

Reason for gum bleeding: most probably you have gum infection because of tartar or calculus. Please visit the dentist and get the gums cleaned. Clean gums are healthy gums, they won't bleed.
