I am 28 female feeding mother have had back pain since delivery time have taken medication for the same but nothing works in xray the result is muscle spasm what can be done?

As you are breast feeding you should not be taking pain killer medicines. Try to take back support while sitting, learn to breast feed the child while lying down on the side, apply ice packs to the back and ask someone to gently massage the back and relieve the spasm. This will help in about a month's time. Especially best feeding in lying down position lying on one side.
