A pep course was completed for 28 days and after the pep course was completed a test was done after 24 days and it was negative and have done a DNA HIV test too on 10 days right after pep course and it was no reactive sir is it negative.

DNA test after 10 days is risky. Better to wait two weeks. Please do HIV HBsAg and VDRL tests after 90 days of exposure. To better understand the risk and consequences of STDs please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done.
