Dandruff on scalp from many years. Since last 2 weeks I noticed dandruff is coming on my face also cheek eyebrows etc. Beard r greying. Not scalp hair. I don't do shampoo each day. I used lemon on face. But again within few days, dandruff on face coming. Dandruff on face is recent development. Kindly guide. Can I use dettol to remove dandruff? I heard on YouTube. Any Side effects of dettol? I am just 27 unmarried boy. I also suffer from ED. I don't get morning erection. Is there any connections of ED & dandruff? Should I go for Complete body check up? I doubt any hormonal imbalance problem!
