I keep getting these stabbing pains in my collar bone on the left side more towards my neck. It just happens on random but when it does it hurts a lot?

Do some stretches and exercises for your Trapesius and Sternocleidomastoid Do Retraction exercise regularly. Do Hot Compression over the Painful areas of your neck. There are other different stretches and exercises available that you need to do in a daily basis with Electro Therapeutic Modalities. So I suggest you to consult with a Physiotherapist ASAP.
