HI, Before 2 yrs. Cytology test has taken & it's impression was that consistent with nodular goitre. Malignant cell are not seen. My utscan report is as follows_ (taken on 10/10/2018)(No evidence of retrosternal extension. Trachea is in centre. Commoncartoids on both are normal. Nocervical lymp hadenopathy. Bilateral submandibular gland and parotid gland appear normal Impression_ Both lobes of thyroid showing multiple hyperechoic nodules with hypoechoic halo likely colloid nodules) Now I have not taken cytology test .Is it necessary to taken that test. Is there is suspected malignantancy based on my report. Now my TsH is 2.58. i am taking neomercozle 5 mg for 3 times daily. Is it necessary for surgery or I continue medicine.
